I have very successfully integrated my 14 years’ experience as an attorney, notary, and conveyancer into my real estate practice, along with my studies towards an MBA degree, which provides my clients a very real edge in the market. Along with formidable experience in negotiation, this has also ideally positioned me to attend to more technically challenging sales, like estate sales where I have achieved incredible results, within very short periods of time for both institutional and private executors.
I hold a B.Proc law degree through then University of Port Elizabeth, I wrote and passed the CEA qualification of the EAAB, and then subsequently qualified for the Professional Practitioner: Real Estate (PPRE) and subsequently the Master Practitioner: Real Estate (MPRE) professional designations.
I am operationally proficient on all the technology platforms used in professional real estate practice. I have also mastered the more advanced skills to the extraction of advanced analytics and the interpretation of these analytics, to the benefit of my client.
I have a great proficiency in social media platforms, which is a decided advantage in a world increasingly powered and impacted by these platforms.
In addition, I am a photographer, which not only means that in a pinch my photos will pass as professional photos but I also have an eye for effectively staging your property, with the end in in mind – which is making an positive impact on potential buyers and encourage them to choose your home.
I work in commercial real estate, but my speciality is residential sales. Due to the wide range of my clients, I work all over Port Elizabeth, and sometimes even further afield. I am particularly familiar with the suburbs of: Lovemore Heights, Broadwood, Charlo, Mount Pleasant, and Walmer.
My unique background and skillset are unique. It allows me not only to ideally position your in the most beneficial position possible within the market, with the best opportunity to realise the optimal price for you home in the least time; but my attention to detail means that I will very often detect potential problems and initiate the appropriate action before it undermines the sale, places the property in a bad light, and in protects you as the seller.
